I have a guy trying to sell me a WC road grader, it runs and all, pretty good shape. He wants about $3500 for it, is it's rarity worth that much?

There are a couple different versions, times they were made, either side of WWII. That price is typical of what I"ve seen sold for, under some asking prices. Is it original, with the mankiller hand wheels, or been converted to hyd?

That's about an average asking price, may or may not be worth it depending on a lot of things. There were over 3700 W Patrols factory built with the extended front end. If it has a single front wheel and a grader blade contact me and I'll buy it.

First off it is not called a WC it is called a W Speed Patrol. Yes it is based on the WC tractor but it is not called a WC grader. As for price I have seen them go for as little are $1000 not running but complete or up to $10,000 in true restored condition and when I say that I mean as good as the day it rolled off the line. I have the parts book for it and also own this one. I am at the Lake of the Ozarks area of MO by the way

Those wheels are pretty big. I would have to measure to be sure but seem to me that they are a good 2 foot in diameter if not more. The OEM part number for them is 603376

If you want to get the big manual lift wheels for it I can give you 2 people in MO that probably have the parts. Send me an e-mail if you want their info.

I have only taken it to one show and that was a number of years ago but yes they liked it as a matter of fact I was asked to bring it so in one months time it went from work cloths to looking like that

Here is an interesting auction with a nice looking allis grader in central Minnesota. You will need to cut and paste to open it. don't how to save it as a link - sorry

They were calling for 12" one evening, so I brought it up front to clean the plugs and put in some fresh gas...and we only got a piddling 5 or 6"...was mid 50's by noon and melted away. False alarm. Good !!

For some reason your picture did not show up. I never use mine for snow. Tried it one time and found that it did not work well. But then I do have a 8.5 foot V-Plow for my 841 ford that has a heavy duty loader on it
