I have a Allis G that is blowing anti freeze out the radiator cap.I took head off today thinking it was a head gasket. The gasket looked OK.Any other ideas??Thanks

no guage, no thermostat, don't run the water lower than top of the upper hose or you'll disrupt the cooling ability of the thermo-cycle style of cooling
Don't run it hot, most don't get a second chance

Joe, mine runs hot also, I can touch the water from the fill cap. Can you get to much fluid? I know you know a lot about G's.

Wayne, if you feel down in the radiator and towards the back, you'll feel the top of the pipe the top hose connects to, I fill mine to there and have never had a problem with overheating. Might be time for a good flush and rinse. Also check for clogged fins, loose belt etc. With no water pump everything needs to be at it's best to work. I've never overfilled mine but would expect it to force the extra out as it expanded. Make sure cap is no more than a 7 lb one

Head or deck surface of block could be warped blowing compression into radiator have head an block checked by a machine shop too make sure its flat
