Looking at a 7020 a/c

I"m looking at a 7020 a/c I"ve read on here about flywheel torque limiter can anyone tell me how to check this and any thing else that comes to mind

I have 2; one pd and one ps. just make sure it has a water filter. if it doesn't it can be a problem! my family has had AC's for ever. 7020's since 1991 before that we bought a new 7000 in 1976.
