Value of junker G

I looked at a couple of G's yesterday and am wondering what they might be worth. One may have usable rear tires but no other tires look usable. Neither has any tin. They're stored inside and reportedly run not so long ago, so I'm thinking the engines are probably not stuck. Both have the pulley shafts, but no pulley nor hydraulics. Neither have the front implement attaching parts. One has the rear parts, w/o lever & welded up some. Gear cases are still closed up and whole so I'm thinking they're probably OK. Are they worth any more than scrap value?

parting them out would bring several times the scrap value, just look on ebay and see what pieces are bringing

I agree with Joe, parts and engines are worth more than scrap. Carbs are a couple of hundred, pedals, seats, levers, etc are all saleable on ebay.
Where are you located?

I'm in NE Iowa. Not many G enthusiasts around here that I know of. Owner of tractors is still thinking about what do do with them, or if selling, what to ask.

I am in Northeast Iowa and I would be interested. Send me an e-mail or call me at 563-419-1736.

Thanks
Jim
