looking for a d-17 ring and pinion

Nick, I"m not 100% sure but I think that you can only use the r & p out of the early D17s, I"m thinking series 1 & series 2. These early model D17s are the same r & p that"s used in a WD45 diesel but my understanding is that the series 4 and possibly series 3 are different. Kip
