looking at a d17 I dont know much about these tractors but now I learn it was orignal lp but changed over to gas will this hurt value all that much if it will run out ok hasnt ran in 12 yrs thanks Rick

If the engine was run on LP it's probably a lot cleaner inside than if it ran on gasoline.

Check the engine code. Stamped on block behind the carb to air cleaner hose, Lp engine should be V, if so that is 8.25 to 1 compression, and a great engine for a puller.
