Which baler twine to use

Just bought a 303 twine tie baler in rough but repairable shape. (I also got a set up manual for it off Ebay) Any recommendations on the type of twine to use in it? Will the red/orange stuff work so should I stick with the old fashioned sisal? I see several different thicknesses of the red stuff at my local farm store. Will any of them work in an old-time baler like mine or should I avoid certain ones? Thanks for the advice.

Sisal is more forgiving than plastic, and the thicker the better. I had a worn NH 273 that would bale all day with 7200 sisal, but put in a bale of plastic, and there was going to be trouble.

The number reflects the footage in the ball. Balls are same physical size. I always used 7200 in JD or NH square balers, cuz it didn"t break as easily. 16,000 was ok in the round baler, very thin but many wraps.
