I need the spacer that is under the crossbar near the fenders. Size? Material? Where to purchase? Thanks

Hardware store should have a piece of plmbing pipe for about $1 that you could cut to whatever length you want or pick up a piece of square tube in whatever size you need for spacing.

Just to let you know since that appears to be on a B that is not a factory seat but an after market one. That said but you can take to old spacer if you have it to a good parts store you maybe able to find something that will work. If I am seeing it right you have a spacer on the right side but not to left correct?? If yes to that one out and go to a good farm and home store and look in there bushing parts seen a number of brass bushings that look a lot like that
