As the other guy said. Stand behind it on the left side. Put your left hand on the tire and your right hand on the pumpkin then look down. You should see a flat area just below and behind the brake cover and that is where the serial number is

Thank you, (WD7519) It took me awhile even knowing where it was suppose to be.
I will not say that I will restore this tractor...more like just get it running good and put the thing back to work on the farm. I have adjusted the breaks, the hand clutch, changed oil and filter, serviced the air breather, changed water/ antifreeze. Somehow I brought the wrong pluggs home from town today. This has not run in 10 years or so.

If it has not run in that long pour say a 1/2 cup of ATF in each cylinder and let it sit that way for 24 hours. Doing that will free up the rings and lube the cylinder walls and also up compression due to rings being stuck in the piston grooves

Thank you everyone, I will do this...thanks for suggesting this Old. I kind of figgure on new pistons, liners, brgs; ect. ect. but I want to see what is what first, never know she might be ok.
I would like to have this running the hay bailer this summer.
Thanks again everyone.

Over the years I have picked up many old tractors that sat in the fence lines etc. Some we even had to cut a tree down to move due to having a tree growing up and around them. Most of them I would load up and after putting them on the trailer I would fill the cylinders with ATF and then pour as much down the exhaust as it would hold them drive home with them. Figured by doing that it gave the ATF a head start. I always put the plugs back in to keep dirt etc out. Just an example I have a Oliver 60 engine that had less then 50PSI compression on all cylinders but after doing the ATF the compression doubled
