I picked up (lucked into) an AC block at the
scrapyard the other day. The serial number on it
is CR 59315 PA. It lacks the pistons (has sleeves
& crankshaft) and cylinder head and all the little
stuff...
I also have a CA tractor with a hole in the side
of the (CE) engine block.
I haven"t taken the micrometer out yet (too cold!)
but rough measurement and looking through the
parts catalog makes me think I can make the two
into one.
I"ve rebuild both a BE and CE engine before so I
know there"ll always be little issues- I"m just
wondering if I"m missing something on the power
unit block that"ll come back to bite me...
Can anyone say if this will or won"t work?
Thanks!
