WD45 Bolt Torque ??

Okay first off this is my first Allis restoration and yes I do have an owners manual, the I&T manual and did some searching on this forum. So here are my questions:

Front wheel torque?

Rear wheel at the hub (the 8 center bolts)? My dad was thinking around 100 ft/lbs.

Rear wheel clamps to the hub (2 bolts that connect the clamp to the hub)?

And Manifold? I did read another thread on here that said the manifold is only 20 ft/lbs, but my dad seems to think that is a bit too light.

Thank you

I am getting ready to do a manifold myself, and from what I have read on here, the 20 pounds of torque makes sense for expansion and contraction.(Along with the metal plates for the gaskets)
