1954 CA Water pump, Pulley removal

Need to get a new pump for this tractor....Plan on buying a new one but cant get the pulley off to transfer it to a new one....I know its 2 separate flanges but I cant budge them...Any advice on how to remove them???

Remove the 4 bolts on the front of the pulley and it will come off. It might need a little persausion, but that is all that holds it on. On the side of the pulley nose, the are 2 slots and 2 bolts sticking out with nuts on them. These are to set the width of the pulley groove. You don't have to do anything with them. They were originally there for tractors that didn't have a generator. They were used to tighten or loosen the belt on the pulley. LOL Bob

Once the 4 bolts that hold the fan are out the pulley should come off with no further disassemble. Do not have to separate halves of pulley as it won"t gain you anything.
