well the tire is 2 inches wider so its about 1.5 to 2 inches taller (radius). THe rim is 2 inches bigger so thats another 1 inch bigger radius. My guess is the tractor will set 2.5 inches higher and the tire OD will be about 5 inches bigger.
 
That's a considerable jump. Maybe more than the 2.5" Steve says.
I changed a D15 from 14.9x26 to 14.9x28 and the tractor sets about level and looks good.
I put 16.9x28 on a WD45 and the back end is noticeably higher.
 
According to Firestoneag.com:
14.9-26 is 52" diameter, 23.5" loaded radius
16.9-28 is 56" diameter, 25.6" loaded radius
this would calulate to a dif in height of 2.1"
