Remove the steering wheel, remove the clamp over the steering tube in front of the steering wheel. Remove the gas tank, then the tool box by sliding it up the tube and between the tube and the post. You may have to loosen the steering gear box to get some play at the post. The square part is welded to the round tube. Depending what you want to do, you may not have to remove everything. I just worked on my steering gear box and only had to remove the gas tank and the tool box. LOL Bob |

| Yea I just pulled the tube & tool box off together & pulled the steering box off the tractor. Thought it might be better for me since i've never done this before. |
