Ballpark cost for AC 190 in frame overhaul?

Anyone have a rough ballpark range for an inframe overhaul on a gas AC 190? I still need to run some fact-finding procedures on mine, but it's a real smoker and runs through oil pretty fast.

I'm just putting oil in it for now, but want to get an idea of what a worst case overhaul scenario might run...

You talking as in new sleeves or just the basic re-ring type thing?? If just doing new rings then your looking at around $300 for the rings then $225 for gaskets and then having the head done figure another $500 so no less then a grand once all is said and done and hope your crank shaft does not need work

You doing the work yourself? I'd say $1,000 minimum. If you are
hiring it done, I'd guess closer to $2,000 minimum. If buying the
parts and doing it yourself, I've bought 2 engine kits from SE
Tractor parts online. Both experiences were good, and prices were
about $350 less than I could get them for anywhere else I checked.

Thanks for the input... I dont have the bandwidth to do it myself right now. Hiring it done sounds a little spendy, but that at least lets me know what to expect if i get a quote.
