How to put oil in 1941 Allis Chalmers B

Hi!
I was wondering how to put oil in my AC B. I bought in March 2012 and haven't needed to put more oil in, but I do now, and I'm not sure how. I can't imagine AC made their tractors so that you had to get the oil in the little hole for the dipstick, right?! If you know how to put engine oil in, PLEASE respond.

There should be a cap on top of hood that goes to the top of the valve cover. Looks like a breather cap.

i'm no expert but i beleive your b is similar to my
c on which...there is a breather cap on a tube
extending from the valve cover through the
hood...pull this cap and pour in your oil.

Noah from IA, the AC B and AC C are almost identical, and the others prove you are right.

Agrevating, but it works!, I,don't have a hole in my hood, for the breather cap to stick out of on my 52 B . I reach in under the hood and remove the breather cap, use 1 qt. oil bottles, and stick my finger over the hole in the bottle, to stop spillage, and reach in till the bottle neck is over the breather hole, remove my finger, and let the oil pour out.

I can't imagine! Your right, it must be aggravating, but if it works, there ya go! Mine is a 1941 B so I don't have your prob
