I60 govener linkage

I have a 1966 I60 that has been sitting in parts for some time. I have rebuilt the engine and have it running, but I can't figure out how the govener linkage and throttle linkage all work. I have an old manual, but there is no description or pictures of the linkage. Only a description on how to adjust. I was hoping someone would have some photos or could direct me to a web page that would be helpful.

Your best bet would be to get the AC shop manual. You need to know which engine you have. A 149 uses a round muffler, and a 160 uses an oval muffler. There will be a serial # on the rear left flange, on about a 45 degree angle, of the motor. If you know where the tractor serial# is, its about an inch in front of that #. Once you figure out which motor you have, you can still get the original shop manual from Agco, It'll either be a D-15 series 1 (149CID), or series 2(160 CID). If you want an Agco parts source, try Sandy Lake Equipment, a long time western PA Agco dealer, till agco cut them out recently, Brenda in parts is who to ask for!
