B rear wheel loose

Have a B with a loose rear wheel, hub slips forward and reverse. All bolts are tightened to the max, any ideas???

I assume you mean the hub that presses onto the tapered axle shaft and has the 2 inch nut on it? If so, the splines are worn a little and the hub slides on further untill two things happen. FIrst is the 2 inch nut has bottomed out on the threads and you cant get any more "push". If that is the case, you need to put a big washer about 1/8 - 1/4 inch thick that sets OVER the axle spline and allows the nut to push on it without bottoming out on the thread. You need to have the tire a couple inches off the ground and then rotate in neutral to see your success. WHen done, if the tire is hard to turn, then you bottomed out on the backside of the hub. Take the nut off and slide the hub off. YOu will see a circular lip maybe 1/2 inch thick and 1/2 inch tall several inches in diameter. This sets inside a grove int eh case and forms a mud seal. THe lip is bottoming out in the groove when you tighten the hub. Take a body grinder and grind 1/8 inch off the lip so the hub will slide further onto the shaft and reinstall the nut.... Now if the splines are 30% torn off or worse, you have a problem. Im talking about repairing a hub/ shaft that is 1/16 inch loose, not 2 inches of wobble.

Steve has given you the basics on this problem, which is common on B's. Most likely you will have to grind some material off of the inner face of the wheel to let it tighten up on the axle taper. I think it took about 1/32" to fix mine, but no more problems in 10 years.
