I have a WD45 that I put a Gleaner E motor in. Got it running in March and everything seemed good. Lately tho, there is a vibration that I feel is coming from the motor. Oil pressure maintains at 10-11 lbs. Motor doesn't smoke or use any oil. I don't hear any noise that would indicate a rod going out. Would it be a good idea to pull the oil pan and see if something has come loose? Any thoughts on what may cause a vibration issue would be welcome. Thanks in advance for your input.

Might be easier to start on the top end- pull the valve cover and check for something broken, miss-set. You can run it that way (can"t run it with the pan off). Maybe get some ideas there- KISS formula.

Flywheel bolts may be loose and flywheel has some woble, had 1 vibrate someone else told me to check and that was the problem

You can actually run the motor with the valve cover off? Hadn't thought of that.

Does spill a bit of oil, but how else would you adjust the valves, check oil flow to the rockers, etc. Dad used to adjust the valves while running.....slip the feeler gage in and out, with the 9/16 and a screwdriver on top...
