Allis B front axle

I bought an Allis B yesterday with wishbone front axle. Was the wishbone or the adjustable axle offered as standard and the other an option? Just curious.

Wishbone was standard. Adjustable an option and maybe standard on late models. There were at least three axle versions and more if special version are taken into account.
 
The cast axle was on the early models. There was an adjustable cast axle also. The square adjustable ones were on the later. A lot of misinformation here. A lot of people refer to the adjustable axle as potato axles, but Allis never called them that.
