I have an Allis IB that has Orange paint flaking off and is all Green underneath. I have seen pictures of Yellow one's on this site. Mine is a 1950. What should be the correct factory color? Thanks for your help. |

| It looks more like a dark green military color. It's not a primer. Someone put a cheap orange over the top of it. Could it have been military? |

| most tractors were painted PO2 orange. The primer was a dirty yellow. If you bought the tractor for city, county, etc... you could order any color you wanted. NORMALLY the new color wss painted over the original orange. I think you would have to strip a few sections to get a good idea of what happened in the last 70 years. |
