I agree, Wix is the best filter on the market, I use them exclusively on the equipment that I maintain for the county.

When you replaced the oil filter, did you see the long metal tube sticking up? Sometimes this tube gets pulled out with the old filter, without it you have little oil pressure.

bob, the tube has two small holes on the end, maybe 1/8 inch diameter. THE system works entirely different than a car or truck. The pump puts out a given volumn of oil. The tube restricts what goes into the filter. THE filter cleans about 15% of the oil and dumps it back into the oil pan. THe remaining 85% of the oil goes to lube the motor, not going thru the filter. IF you take out the tube and let 50% of the oil go thru the filter to sump, you only get about 50% circulation... You can have the same problem if your filter is defective and has no backpressure. NOte the filter is packed cotton stuffing, not pleated paper.

The tube is what pushes the oil into the filter and that in turn is how pressure is built up in the A/C engines. Loose that tube little or no pressure or wrong filter little or no pressure. My self I use Wix 57011 filters

If the tube is missing it can be made from the correct size steel brake line, I think 1/4" but dont take that for granted.
