Finding an original RC/styled WC steering wheel is very hard and pricey. I found a wheel for a model Massey Harris 20 that looks similar with the same shaft size but uses a 'groove pin'. What is a groove pin and might this wheel work.
Thanks, Joe |

| Hi Kip, The MH wheel is 17 1/2" Dia. with 7/8" shaft size. Here is what it looks like. So this may work for the WC? I saw an original Styled WC that looked similar to the MH 20 and thought it would work on the RC but I forgot about the diameter.
Do you an pic of the RC wheel you have? Thanks, Joe

| Guess when I go out later to pick black berries I will have to look at the WC parts tractor just to see how good or bad the steering wheel is on it |

| Although the styled WC steering wheel will fit a RC they are NOT the same. Overall diameter of the WC wheel is about 18" and a proper RC wheel is only about 15.5". I just measured some on Saturday including a NOS never installed RC steering wheel that is correct for the very late RCs, that's going on a RC we are restoring. There are very good reproduction steering wheels for the styled WC/WD/WD45 but have never found the smaller diameter RC sized one anywhere. What is the diameter of the Massey-Harris part? Kip |
