| I would measure the cam and bores. They are probably just fine. The one I rebuilt a while back measured same as new and it's never had the bushings replaced. |

| Look them over and see if any bearing material if obviously missing...Not just superficial color from light wear.. They are not heavily loaded and probably are just fine.. Remember, the cam gets the oil BEFORE it goes to the rod and Main bearings.. Ron.. |

| Measure to see how worn they are. I&T AC 11 manual has the specs. |

| I made a removal/installation tool on the lathe. Solid steel plug with one diameter that fits inside the bushing, outer diameter slightly under bushing OD. Solid shaft for handle, pushes worn bushing out, new bushing in. Make sure you locate oil hole properly on install. |
