PTO shaft hole wollered out on WD

The 1/2 inch bolt hole that holds the PTO shaft to the shaft coming out of the PTO box is wollered out bad. When I run my baler it will snap a Grade 8 bolt in about 2 passes because its so loose. I am gonna cut the "sleeve" off the shaft and weld on a new one. But the shaft coming out of the PTO box I'm not sure what to do. I'm thinking of welding the hole shut and re drilling it. How would you fix it?

see how play you have with a new bolt in the pto shaft very seldom see them wear that much
agco has a special bolt for those also
can either get a new sleeve and weld it on
have also drilled a new hole 90 degrees from the original with good results neeverhad any complaints from any customers doing that

Yes, this one particular Bolt made for this location..
No matter what bolt I use, I ALWAYS drill both ends and Safety-Wire it, so neither end can fall out or (Worse yet) jam against the transmission case and break the PTO gear-box..
