The one on this site appears to be a complete circle, but I want one with the little thing that sticks out the side. You know, one of these guys (Though preferably not painted):

It's $6 for the part here... I called my local implement dealer to see what they offered, and they said it would be $40 (haha, HECK NO :evil: ).
Any suggestions?
