Generator on WD45

Doing some rewiring on a WD45 that has what appears to be an Autolite generator with a regulator. At least it does not appear to be a Delco.
It has a post on the back. Can anyone tell me if it is used in this application and if so where does it go? Wire harness or drawings do not seem to address it.
Thanks for any advise

I've got a 1959 and 1960 agricultural catalog
from Auto-Lite, and it doesnt even list Allis-
Chalmers. Could it be that they used Delco?
Is there no tag on your generator?

If it is single wire generator with the contact on the rear, I agree, it sound alike a Ford genny. You will need to rewire as per a Ford wiring diagram. Bob

Thanks for the replies. We got it figured out.
Turned out the rear post was armature ( unmarked )
The "G" post on the side was ground not Gen as I first thought.
And of course there is an 'F' on the side also.
Should be fine now, thanks again for the input
