Need new knob for WD shift lever and PTO engage rod...

You know the black rubber knob that goes on the WD shift lever (well, the crooked WD-45 style shift lever with the little ball), and the ball that goes on the PTO engage rod? I need a replacement for them. My old one fell apart. The shifter is still hanging in there, but the PTO knob is completely deteriorated.

Does Agco still make and sell this part? Or is it a universal knob part I could get from any tractor dealer (Case, Deere, etc.)? Or does anybody know what the size is of the metal sleeve that the knob hole fits over? Probably will head to the local Agco dealer this weekend (since they're usually open when I'm at work), unless it turns out to be a universal part.

Grizzly's catalog has them really cheap. You just need to know the thread diameter and gauge, look at the pics, and order or pick up locally if you can.

(quoted from post at 16:31:12 07/01/10) I don't know aboutr your area, but I bought some for my WD at Tractor Supply

I've got one about 30 miles away. Will swing by there tomorrow and give it a shot; thanks! :D

Okay, thanks to Tractor Supply Co., I have found myself a part. Now, my next question is, how does this go on the PTO engage lever? The old knob had just rotted away, so does that little metal sleeve on the lever need to come off? Is it threaded, if so? Or does the new knob somehow squeeze over the top of that thing? I'm not where my tractor is at, at the moment, so wondered what set of tools I need to take with me later this week to work on it.
