Dragged this home about 55 miles yesterday. Hasn't been used in years but its pretty well complete, needs at least two lower forming belts and the main drive v-belt. Does anybody know the dimensions for the V-belt so I can try to get one at the local auto parts store?

years ago i drug one of these home about the same distance.

got manual from ac dealer

but was never able to get it to bale right.
hope you do better with yours.
they were a interesting item

Have the manual, my girlfriends farther ran one for about 20 years in his youth. He is excited to get this one going again, so hopefully we are successful.

(quoted from post at 21:34:00 04/21/10) From just looking at the photos, it looks like you are more proud of your Tahoe lol.

I wasn't running the camera. haha I will get some better pictures at a later date.

Thanks for the belt part numbers. I'm a little confused my manual only shows 1 V-belt on the entire machine and I'm not at the farm at the moment. I have a dealers parts manual on the way so hopefully it is better.

A B105 belt did the trick and was the correct length for the twine drive. Pieced together a couple of lower belts for it and after a little tinkering it ejected a perfect bale minus the twine. Now to get some twine and see if it will wrap a bale up.
