Lubrication Pipe for Tractomotive TS5

I am told the TS5 had a special pipe used to lubricate the rollers/track. Can anyone tell me where I can find one of these? It did not come with the loader. Thanks.

Or does someone have a part # for the pipe you use? Or proper name? Thanks.

I maybe have 24 HD5 rollers and these rollers do't have plug for refell oil inside.
