for the hydraulic fluid there's a dipstick kinda by the foot clutch you can add fluid there.I use universal hydraulic fluid for mine. hope this helps

As jd2wd said, you can use universal hydraulic. According to the book you use the same weight non detergent as what you used in the engine according to the season.
