Project Cub Cadet 100 | My cub cadet 100 was part of 5 tractor package, it was basically junk .it had sat outside for 10 years but I did manage to get it running only to find it needed extensive engine work, sleeve, piston, rings etc. all went well till it was time to start it, it would crank but would not start iworked for 2 weeks but nothing I took the kohler engine apart to check timing but it was perfect, after pushing it to acorner of my shop for about a month I removed the engine and took it to local dealer after a day it was fixed.the problem? the end of the cam for the acr was installed wrong by me and the exhaust valve was not closing to allow compression. hope this maybe helps someone with the same problem.
