Doug, It sounds like the pump may be seized & the Drive shaft Key has sheared. You will have to remove the pump (drive shaft will stay with the drive gear) and using a big Screw driver see if you can rotate the Pump. If your lucky the pump is not seized but the friction sheared the Key The Drive shaft,if the Key is sheared, is harder to replace. The front cover/lower Rad Hose Etc must come off to get to the Shaft NUT.. Remove the gear & replace the Key. ($500. worth of labor for a $1.00 Part) Hope This Helps,
