James; You mentioned if the "885 was like the 995" referring to brakes. Do you have a 995? Have you ever had a problem with the lift not being able to be controlled with the lift lever? I have a 1977 995, can't get the lift to lower all the way. If I shut tractor off, lift will eventually sink. At start up, it may stay on the "ground" or it has come all the way up with the lift lever still in the down position. Any advise you may have will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
