I went ahead and pulled the oil sending unit and tapped a gauge in. Found out sending unit is normally closed so engine would continue to run as long as the terminal wasn"t grounded. Results were: Start up: 5 seconds to get any oil pressure at idle. 50 psi at idle 55 psi full throttle Shutdown: 50 psi to 0 in 10 seconds. This is all with the engine being run earlier in the day. I will test again tomorrow after leaving it sit overnight.
