John, I do not know for sure,but as for now I am not to lift more than a gallon of milk. I think it is over kill but wife said you need to listen what they say. I would most likely be out in the tractor pushing snow, with my cathiter following me. Will keep you posted as I find out more from Doctors in weeks to come.
