Hi.
I guess I will get in this discussion.I was a case then a caseih dealer for 46 years. Now my wife & I just sell equipment and still have the store, and the repair shop.We also crop farm. We have a 4430,4440 J.D.,2090,2290 case,1030 case,544 hydro. But we do not use Case or John Deere oil because I have not been able figure out how to keep them from getting friendly when changing equipment, unless you are okay with J.D. oil in your tractors, which I do not care. We use chevron THF1000 hyd oil in all of the tractor. We have used and sold this oil for 25 years, I've had thee tractors since they were only a couple years old. Also we sell this in bulk to alot of farmers in our area.I guess I'm just not on board with all this. I have not been inside thee tractors since I've had them, also I use chevron engine oil. We sell about 8000 gallons of both oils a year. (For all makes and models) Just for your info. thee tractors or my equipment never set outside over night. You are paying for the marketing and name brand for the most part. By the way the 1030 and 544 are restore tractors ,But I still use them on the farm. I believe a good service & maintenance program will help keep your problem low. I could go on but I stop.

What about the hum of your refrigerator? Or the thump of your clothes dryer? Maybe the engine of your car? You hear those sounds every day, and you don't think much about them, do you. I can think of a few common, ordinary sounds in my daily life, too.
