sounds like you have a 530 CK first the trans type, the lever coming out of the torque tube on the left should be a FWD/REV shuttle lever the middle shifter is for 1,2,3,4 gear selection the lever to the right will be a HI/LO lever, now as to having a convertor if you have a lever to the right of the steering wheel like the throttle on the left side of steering wheel that is the COM/Direct drive lever if you do not have a RH lever it is a std clutch tractor, I can post you some pics later tonight as right now am heading back to the filed hope this gets you started cnt
