Are you sure the fuel pump is working correctly? Our 1190 started running a little eratic and missing going up steep hills. Found out that the mechanical side of the pump was not working even though the hand primer was. I took the line loose and spun the engine over and it was not pumping,hit the hand primer and it pumped fuel. Replaced the fuel pump and it took care of it. That is the only part we have replaced since dad bought it new in 1982. Tractor has at least 6000 hard hours on it and maybe a lot more as the hour meter quit early on.
