It sure sounds like a fuel delivery problem - as if the bowl fills while it is stopped ,then you use it and it uses the fuel faster than it is refilled. Try removing the fuel line at the carbureta - then let it drip into a can or jar to check the fuel flow if the flow is good and it last for a while check the screen on the fitting where the line goes into the carbureta (there is a screen atcahed to the fitting. If the flow is not good then check the sediment bowl & screen and the whole fuel system. I hope this helps
