I would have to say that our old LA was the all time fuel hog on the farm. In the spring, after the Uncle finished plowing with it, about 5hrs, per tank full, I would start out at about 7:00 in the morning with It hooked to an SA 12' disc or a 18' drag. Had to return to the gas pump about noon. Refueled myself and the LA and headed back. At 5:00 went back, to refuel again, and return to the field. It was really nifty running the old girl at night. The glow from the manifold and muffler was almost as bright as the 6V lights. I was in my glory at 10 years old driving it. The fuel tank on an LA holds 28.3 Gals. Loren
