I like old tractors.
I have been an classic car collector and restorer most of my adult life and as I get older, I find that working on tractors is more fun for me and less expensive.
I now have my Case 830, and my Oliver 70. Before I sold it, I had a IH Farmall 460, but it was in need of a lot of work and $$$.
Now having said that, I gotta admit that I've never been a REAL farmer that needed the dependablity of a tractor to "bring home the bacon". My love of tractors stems more from me pulling a disc, a rotory mower, or a harrow around my 10 acres, wearing a hat and waving at the cars going by on the highway! I also built a haywagon that my grandson and his "cityfied" buddies love to ride in. It would be presumptious of me to pick which tractor is better than another with my limited knowledge and needs...Lol! slim
