It's a fair sized show held at the Expo Center There's an indoor arena of show tractors, the pull is in the big indoor arena. There's a covered paddock area outside the big arena for the pull tractor parking. There's an indoor vendor area and also a courtyard area that's often used for overflow tractor parking for both show and pull tractors. The sled is the HWH sled that travels all over Texas. It's a self contained motorized sled that's a pretty nice one and the HWH folks run things along real well. Plenty of truck and trailer parking around the back of the center.
It's a pretty good show with usually about 150 tractors and is able to go on even in the event of inclement weather.
The show is free to exhibitors but there is a hook fee for the pull, but I don't know the details. Contact Roxanne at secrest@htcomp.net. She is GR Club Secretary and is with the HWH crew as well, so she can give you all the pull details.
