looking at this has new tires owner says it about 40hp? sounds like bigger than 200 rear tires are 13-6 24 which is more like 400 series gas engine exhaust is thru hood whats it worth? and how much are parts to put on a pto where it has a delete plate.owner says 3pt hitch did work but now hyd oil is milky and it doesn't lift but should be ok if oil was changed paint is good and tin is good runs great any help asap would be greatly appreciated thanks he's asking 2800.00
