Bout 4 years go i showed up to a new tractor ride, just before it stated and ready to leave. I unload a Case 430 LCK [Low Center King] gas. it has 10 inch wheels in the front and 16.1 rears diamaond tread. A couple of fellows runnin the deal ask, ''how fast does this little thing go''? I says "i dunno, maybe 10, maybe 8". Oh Snap,they say, they set up for at least 16. Not happy, they but me first, like a pace tractor. Got em all strung out in a 1/2 mile or so, babyin it around 9 mph. It was time to let it rip..and it went 23 mph! I had the fastest tractor there. I had a blast. Don L.
