Steve, On the LAs it is a small plate about two inches long, one inch wide, with rounded ends and about .100" thick. it has a hole for one of the radiator bolts, and another snug fitting hole to slip the copper tube through. This allows the positioning of the copper tube so it can drain out without getting all over the tractor. The copper tube has to be curved so as not to get in the fan (usually to the right side of the tractor) and through the plate mounted to the bolt of your choice at the bottom of the radiator.
