I rebuilt a AC C last year first check the block
for build up at point ware sleves hit clean with
hone 2ED put sleves in on ice heat the block
use the soap if all is good thay will fall in
use RTV on O rings also I used the hone on block
for crosshatch for RTV to help seal also the liners should stand out .002to.005 from block for seal to head gasket use copper coat on head gasket torq. start heat up and retorq. the head bolts my C beat 2 AC WD's on its first pull in 3500 class call any time
