i found what seems to be a corn picker in a field that belongs to a friend of mine. he says that a man from iowa brought it down and left it to him after he passed away. its hard to describe. the part i believe is called the "header" is sitting next to it. there is another piece on the front of it that resembles a sickle bar cutter and a belt that runs behind it. above this it looks like a combine. any body out there that can help me with identification? this is not big corn country down here so on a small farm like mine i usually hand pick but if i could get this working it sure would be nice. sorry about the poor typing but im a plowboy not a secretary!!!
