Allis Chalmers HD6 bulldozer

I have an opportunity to purchase this unit but, it has not been run in 7 years since it was driven off the truck. There is no water in the oil pan. Unit has hyd lift on blade and hyd ripper. Tracks are 50% according to owner. Unit is diesel. This is my first potential venture into purchasing a resoration project. My questions are,,,what would this unit be worth and what are some of the primary potential problems with purchasing a unit that has not run and been left outside for seven years. thank you in advance for any guidance you can provide.
