Our series II D15 was a loader tractor for its previous owner. The rear end got wore out, and those parts are not easy to find! That said, we did fix it, and 15 years later it is a good tractor, though we don't have the loader. So I'd keep an ear out for noise there. You don't say if it has the optional power steering. If not, it may lift a round bale, but it won't steer. Without the ps it will be tough to steer with no weight on the bucket. I know this as we had a series I D15 with loader, and it had no power steering (neither does our series II) thus sold that one and the loader!
